Directed operations in the Oil, Gas, Refinery and Petrochemical Extrusion Industry where hebegan with Mobil Oil in the mid 70's starting in Petrochemicals (PlasticsDivision) and then into the International Exploration/Producing Division arm of the company, working domestically and overseasin offshore areas (North Sea Operations- Great Britain) and brief stops inNigeria and Saudi Arabia. Greater responsibilitiesand exposure soon came came after accepting a company change fromExxon-Mobil and accepting a position with The Atlantic RichfieldCorporation, (ARCO Oil and Gas Corp), known now as British Petroleum(BP). Those new responsibilities and assignments ranged from seniormanagerial/ director positions in Dallas and Houston, Texas; Denver Colorado;Los Angeles, CA; Anchorage, AK; Honolulu, Hawaii; and Bejing, China. The scopeof those positions ranged from Strategic Staffing/ Recruitmentof Research and Development Geoscientist ( Geologist; Geophysicist andAnthropologist) to District Manager in several of the Corporation's strategiccapital producing areas for both onshore and offshore exploration/ producing,refinery and drilling sites. Also assignment included AlaskanPipeline Manager for Aleyeska, Prudhoe Bay and Kuparak Projects. Teamstart up member for the first US-China Exploration and Producing Oil field jointventure in 1983-84. Another key and criticalposition held for Ken at ARCO was the assignment by the CEO / President ofAtlantic Richfield as a special project coordinator (VP Position) with directreporting and accountability to Division Operating Presidents and Sr. VP's ofARCO Oil and Gas, Exploration, Minerals, Pipeline and Alaska . Ken's most cherishedachievement during his years with ARCO/BP was Ken's joint effort with severalleading Universities around the US in the establishment of a EngineeringTechnology Program, seeking a new vision to combine the mentalprocess skills of the Engineer with the hands on efforts of the on groundtechnician, combining to create a specialist/ generalist technician with handson skills to speed up the problem solving methods often killing productivityand efficiency in Field Operations.

Ray McLemore, Director of Real Estate Operations
Mr. McLemore has over 26 year in the Construction, Construction Management, and the Real-estate Development fields. With a “ground up” history in construction, Mr. McLemore brings a wealth of experience, creativity, and of innovative solutions to the real-estate side of the Rockridge group. Mr. McLemore has been responsible for the acquisition and/or rehabilitation of thousands of multifamily housing units.
As the Team leader for A-MAC Construction on the Detroit Public Schools 1994 Capital improvement Program, Mr. McLemore set the tone for 1.5 Billion Dollars in investment in Schools and facilities. As the Program Director with responsibilities for supervision of Architects, Engineers, Finance, and Administrative professionals assigned as part of the Program Management team, and developing the overall strategy to address the aging districts infrastructure needs in the face of decreasing enrollment.
Prior to the that assignment, Mr. McLemore was involved in a wide variety of construction and real-estate projects ranging from Historic Fort Wayne, Detroit City Airport, Chrysler Jefferson Assembly Plant, and Selfridge Nation Air force Base, to name a few.
